DESCRIPTION:Plan to attend this one-day seminar.\n* Entry fee includes lunch and AKC training kit ($64.85 — $60 entry fee plus $4.85 processing fee to Entry Express)\n* Required seminar for AKC Hunting Test Judges\n* Learn how to become an AKC Hunting Test Judge\n* Learn how tests are set up and how judges score performance\n* Learn more about the AKC Hunting Test program from the judge’s viewpoint\n* Learn more about the AKC Hunting Test program from the participant’s viewpoint\n* Ask questions about future programs and how to contribute to our sport\n* The seminar will be conducted by an AKC Representative \n  \nAPRIL 3\, 2022 — OPTIONAL AND OPEN TO ALL.\nFOR THOSE WHO ATTEND THE SEMINAR AND FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO ATTEND\, the Blackhawk Retriever Club members will sponsor a day in the field on Sunday\, April 3rd from 9 a.m. to 2 pm. \n* This field day is OPEN TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO ATTEND. YOU DO NOT NEED TO ATTEND THE SAT WORKSHOP.\n* Apply what you learned about AKC Hunting test setup and judging to real dog work (dog/handler teams will be provided)\n* Use AKC Hunting Test scoring sheets to score the dogs and calculate their scores\n* Discuss setups\, management of the line area (dogs and handlers)\, scoring and dog work with your leaders and peers\n* Box lunch will be available for purchase\n* Location will be announced at the AKC Judging and Handling Seminar\, and will be either the same location as Day 1 or within a few miles of Day 1 location.
